The goal of the Zeidler Research Foundation is to promote science and research as a basic prerequisite for the sustainable international competitiveness and future viability of our country.

TUM Entrepreneurship Research Institute

Entrepreneurship is an emerging and important research field in business, economics, and psychology. Our goal is to help develop this field and improve our understanding of entrepreneurial individuals and organizations.
Fueled by our curiosity and passion we explore, expand and teach the fascinating world of materials and engineering. We apply our findings from fundamental research to solve problems in applied research.

In research and teaching we focus on the implementation and efficient use of database management systems. In particular we work on in-memory optimized databases and the improvement of our main memory RDBMS HyPer and its flash-based succesor Umbra.

A two week course hosted by TUM Lab for Product Development and Lightweight Design, designed to foster innovation.

Giving students the chance to work on real world problems, exploring the potential of new technologies or challenges by developing new solutions.

Our goal is to promote innovation and facilitate the creation of new spin-outs at TUM.
