Application Process

Choose a team role and come up with a convincing application to show your peers that you are the right person for TMS. Your application will compete against all the other applications of the same role! Compose what you think expresses best who you are and what you do. 

Prepare a (three-slide) presentation showing your projects, skills, and why you want to join TMS.

You can extend your application (optionally) with an additional link. It can be a short video (<90 sec), a homepage, a pitchdeck, a piece of code, or your winning recipe for the perfect team in which you were the master chef.

Click on the Apply Button down here and fill out the questionary. After that, submit your application.

After your application is complete, you get to review and rank other applicants: Who would you consider as a valuable course participant? So this is it, truly democratic: everyone votes and gets voted on. Plus, you already get to know the people you really want to have in your team  (because, pssst…the team is everything!!!).

As a result of you voting, the TMS coaches get a detailed overview for every role and discipline. Based on your ranking, we choose the participants for Think. Make. Start.
